Choosing the Right Foundation part1

We have all been using make up since our teens, lipsticks, mascaras, foundations etc. Though it is an insignificant part of make-up the foundation plays a major role, and if not applied correctly can have ghastly effects.
Foundations are supposed to give you a smooth finished look but if they stand out and do not blend seamlessly with your skin, then you definitely do not have the right kind of foundation.
Unfortunately make up tends to be made for a certain type of complexion only, though there are a few companies that our widening there horizons to inculcate all skin colors.
The first thing you have to consider is your skin type
Oily Skin –Select a foundation that is oil-free and controls oil and shine. Foundations with a matte or powder finish are very good for women that have oily skin. Try foundations like Prescriptives Anywear Multi-Finish Compact Foundation SPF 12, Good Skin All Right Makeup (with salicylic acid)

Combination Skin – If you have combi skin that is dry skin with oily-zones than you need a foundation that has moisturizers in it, but is also oil-free. Try using Giorgio Armani, Chanel liquid or powder foundation
Sensitive Skin – Sensitive skinned women need to be extra careful l. Try something that is oil-free, fragrance-free, and allergy tested for skin irritancy.
Uneven tone - If you have spotty or splotchy skin, try an easy-to-blend sheer liquid formula, which will minimize your pigment problem. Try foundations of Avon Personal Match Foundation, L’Oréal True Match Makeup, Yves Saint Laurent Perfect Touch Radiant Brush Foundation
