Outdoor sports such as baseball, softball, basketball and swimming usually involve lots of sweat, oils, dirt and environmental pollutants that effect your complexion immensely and deteriorates the quality of your skin.. • Cleansing your face and body immediately after playing a sport is important. This will help you keep away dirt, oil and bacteria. Use a face wash that suits your skin type. Never use a soap on face it is only to be used from below the neck.

• Always wash your entire body before going to bed to ensure that no bacteria are attached to your skin.

• Keep your skin properly hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout playing of the sport. This will help you keep your skin moist.

• Athlete’s foot is always a concern when it comes to playing sports so its very important to take proper care of your feet. Change your socks frequently and wear shoes when stepping foot into a public shower or restroom.

• Have enough sleep, this is a natural skin care technique. Lack of sleep may lead to wrinkles.

• You should keep your skin moisturized whenever possible to keep the sweat from causing your skin to become dry and tight.
