If you are prefer Yoga, seek advice of your gynaecologist and train only under a certified Yoga practitioner after making him aware of your health status.

Remember, you are as much precious as the about-to-come baby. If you do not take good care of yourself, baby’s health will be affected. Change yourself, at least for those nine months and you will always admire yourself for the positive changes when the baby comes to your arms.
