Normal skin-care tips!
![]() |
We often hear all kinds of tips for dry skin and oily skin types, thinking that normal skin is safe and does not need any proper care and nourishing. But isn’t normal skin exposed to the sun, the dust and other environmental hazards as well? Then why do we neglect it expecting anything and everything to work in its favor. The fact of the matter, my dear friends, is that normal skin also deserves all the attention and care just like any other skin type if we want it as supple and glowing as we dream about.
So here are some tips which I feel might come in handy for your daily skin-care regime!
First of all, make sure that the creams and lotions you use contain Vitamin A, C or E. This is because nothing works better for the skin than these vitamins for not only countering the radicals but also the blemishes and appears on the skin due to pigmentation. Radicals are molecules which are formed on the skin when it is exposed to pollution or extreme sunlight. Thus in order to keep your skin free from its assault, it is mandatory that you give your skin the regular care it deserves.
If you feel your skin is exposed to dust and dirt a tad too much than usual, please wash it with tepid water at least once during the day as well and apply a water-based moisturizer to keep it nourished at all times!
However, if you want to employ a measure that will give you a healthy glow you have always been dreaming about and a skin as fresh as a child’s, here’s a home recipe which will take away all your skin sorrows.
All you have to do is mash just one-fourth of banana properly and apply it on your face neatly avoiding the eye region. Once applied, leave this for some time, say at least 10 minutes and then wash it off using cool water. This is a great way to go away with dead and dull skin which forms a layer on our skin, making us look older than our age.
Hence if you employ some simple measures on a daily basis, you can save your skin from great deal of suffering and damage! Hope these tips really help you in your endeavor!
