• Use clean cosmetic brushes to apply make up. If they are dirty they may carry bacteria and germs which may cause skin irritations and breaking out.
• You should apply moisturizer all over your body and not just on your face.
• Get serious about stress reduction Yoga and meditation will help you live stress free life. If you are stressed, skin problems like acne may appear on your skin. Set aside some time to meditate. Too much stress affects your overall health as well as your complexion. As a result of which your skin appears to be dull.
• Avoid wearing make up to bed.
