How to massage your hair

Do you have dry hair? Do you feel dryness in your head? Sometimes it happens that you might feel itchiness in your head. Hair oil massage is a good treatment to keep your hair healthy. Any hair oil (you can also use natural oil like almond, coconut etc) should be applied after warming a little. You can apply hair oil in your hair by going step by step:
1: Firstly pour hair oil into a bowl and place this in hot water to warm it to a comfortable temperature. Make sure the oil is easy to touch before application. If it will be hot it can hurt the massager.
2: Take sufficient amount of oil and using the pads of finger apply oil slightly to different parts of the scalp. It is not advisable to use much energy. It might result in hair loss. Allow the oil to soak into the scalp.
3: Then try to massage scalp with circulation motion. At the Back of the scalp oil should be gently massaged. When performing massage, slow and purposeful movements will relax the nervous system and calm the mind, where as brisk movement will enhance circulation and energy. It is sensible to mix both type of movements one by one. When you feel tired the person can feel relaxed with slow massage more than the brisk motion.
4: Leave the oil in hair as per the time and requirements. The oil can even be left over night for better results. You can rinse the oil next morning. Wash twice to remove the oil completely from your hair and scalp. Washing the hair with natural gentle shampoo is advocated to remove the oil.
5: A towel dipped in hot water can be warped around the head for added conditioning and softening of hair. Once they are washed properly. This is very nice tip for the people with DRY HAIR.
