2. GET SUNLIGHT - In the darker and shorter days of February, soak up every inch of sunlight you can. (It ups your level of serotonin mood uplifting hormone). But yeah don’t forget to put on sunscreen else you will end up roasting. Take 1 5 minutes of it everyday. And get the sun kissed gorgeous you that day.
