TREND TRAIL

This year, glamour is in and grunge is out. It will not e the heavy styled look of yesteryear’s movie stars, but people will be paying more attention to detail and striving for some classic touches to set off seemingly casual outfits. The good news for most of us is that curvy shapes will be all the rage this season, so say goodbye to the stick figures of the past few years.
Tip 1 No more black panda eyes
Basically look out for more color and less one-tone black. You can still use black eyeliner but try some color over that, such as navy blue, grey, or dark brown. Either make it subtle or dramatic, depending on your mood and the occasion.
Tip 2 Natural looking lashes are in
Lose some ‘tarantula’ look that comes from using thick false eyelashes. The look this season is tick, but natural looking lashes. So your own lashes can be supplemented with the individual lashes glued to the base of your lash line. Place lashes in the center for a rounder ‘Betty Boop’ shape, or to the outer edges for a doe-eyed look.
Tip 3 Strive for a more matted finish
Glowing skin is still in, but definitely not the shiny glow. These days the products available in the market are so good, that you ca look natural while wearing make up. Heavy foundation, caked, overly powdered skin is out. To get a natural skin tone, always moisturize before applying foundation, wait for 10 minutes, then use the foundation very lightly only as needed.
Tip 4 Tan is in
We all know the dangers of spending too much time in the sun, but still you can get a healthy glow by using a bronzer. The only problem is that it has to be applied very carefully to enhance your healthy skin.
Tip 5 Nude lips
Neutral shades are here for a bit longer. Light shades in lip-glosses are a good way to achieve this shimmery lip look.
If you do have thin lips, use a light colored lipstick with a matte finish and a dab of gloss to the center of the lips.
Tip 6 The sexy ponytail
It is amazing how the humble ponytail has been elevated to it’s diva status because of Hollywood celebs who choose to wear this simple style at all the awards this year, but ofcourse in a sexed up way.
