Get rid of your acne – the natural way!


Do you look into the mirror and see sore eruptions all the time?? Every woman sees herself suffering from this allergy quiet often, at some stage or the other. What worsens the situation is when such acnes leave scars on our face, causing an unnecessary blemish not to mention the embarrassment we face because of it. More often than not we have every person talking about all kinds of products we should be using to get rid of them, right from creams, to lotions to medicines and the like. Well, all of these have their role to play but unless we get to the root cause or the source because of which these arise, It is highly unlikely for us to absolute rid of them.

Infact to put it simply, your acnes are a reflection of what you put in your stomach. You may find this process a bit lengthy and sacrificing but practice a little perseverance and you’ll know you have not only freed yourself form the acne-attack but have also cleansed your entire internal system.

So start by increasing your dosage of water. If you are drinking just 4-5 glasses a day, increase them to 10-11 glasses. This is the first step towards cleansing your system at the fastest speed. Water helps to wash away all the toxins from the body.

If you intend you not just cure yourself but also keep your acne at bay forever, you’ll have to change your diet and stop eating all the acid-forming eatbles such as fast foods, confectioneries, soft drinks and other junk food. Start focusing on more natural meals like leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, buts, root vegetables and fresh juices.

Draw a proper menu plan to ensure that you intake the right food, in the right amount or lest you may find yourself from yet another common problem of indigestion. Your mornings i.e. the breakfast should consist of cereals, fruits, milk and salads.Meals should be less carbohydrate rich than the breakfast. It is imperative that you focus on having proper proteins in your lunch such as lentils and soya. Your evenings should be filled with very light cuisines such as avocadoes or green coconuts blended with tomatoes and some sea salt. The idea is to facilitate digestion of the food before you go to bed. We usually stuff our stomachs with food and immediately throw our selves on the bed at the slightest sign of feeling dizzy the soon after. This is the biggest mistake we commit.

Chew well. Also avoid drinking water along with your meals as they further dilute the digestive juices in your stomach. If you have drunk water before your meal, wait for a good one hour before you start eating.

You might be thinking that how a change in your diet regime helps you get rid of your deep borne blisters?? Ideally blisters occur when the acidulous chemical formation in the body become manifold. Applying creams and lotions certainly help but these are cosmetic recipes which are only temporary. Also try keeping your stress levels in control by exercising daily or meditating for few minutes everyday if possible. Because having a happy body is the only way to have an acne-free face, devoid of all impurities and strain.

All about Skin Boils


Boil is a localized collection of pus surrounded by inflamed tissue in the skin. It starts off as reddened tender swellings and over a period of time, the area around it becomes firm and hard with oozing pus. They look like a huge pimple sticking up through the skin and are quiet painful.

This is caused by the infection of hair follicles by Staphylococcus aurous, commonly known as staph, which is a strain of bacteria than normally live on the surface of the skin. It is also observed that a small cut of the skin can also allow these bacteria to enter the follicles and cause an infection. Apart from the face, boils can also occur in neck, thighs and even in the armpits.

The four main types of boils are carbuncle (or furuncle), cystic acne, hidradenitis suppurativa and Pilonidal cysts.

Carbuncle: A carbuncle is a cluster of boils that often occurs on the back of the neck, shoulders or thighs, especially in older men. Carbuncles are deeper and more infectious as compared to the single boils. You can imagine how much a cluster of boils can be painful! Carbuncles develop and heal more slowly and are likely to leave a scar. They are sometimes accompanied by fever.

Cystic boils: The bacterial infection that penetrates the body through hair follicles causes cystic boils. The bacteria causing the infection are found to be Staphylococcus aureus. If the hair follicle is infected, the dead skin cells, blood and white blood cells get accumulated forming pus. This type of boil occurs when oils ducts become clogged and infected. It is most common on the face. Teenagers are mostly found to encounter this type of skin boils.

Hidradenitis suppurativa: Hidradenitis suppurativa are generally found to occur around hair follicles where many oil and sweat glands get deposited. That is why it is found in the armpits, anal area as well as the groin. This may also occur in the inner thighs or between the buttocks. They are found to affect single or multiple areas of the body.

Pilonidal cysts: A pilonidal cyst develops when body hair grows or is pushed into a pilonidal dimple or pit, which is a cavity located in the crease of the buttocks. When the hair grows inward, the cavity gets irritated. As a result, the cavity may also get inflamed and infected.

Causes of skin boils:
Skin boil may be caused by the bacteria that can enter the skin if a foreign object enters the ingrown hairs, clogged sweat glands or clogged oil ducts.

Prevention:
The foreign objected accumulated under your skin should be immediately removed using tweezers. If tweezers don’t work, try to squeeze the skin gently and push the object toward the surface of the skin. If you are still unable to remove the splinter, consult a doctor.

Home remedy:
Hot soaks or hot packs are the best home remedy for skin boils. To get the best result, apply the heat uniformly in the affected area to bring the antibodies and white blood cells to the surface of the skin as to help fight the infection.
