![]() |
Season is changing and in a few days winter will break. This would mean that cold and dry winter air could destroy softness of your delicate hands. To combat this chill, it is important for to always keep your hands moisturized and retain the moisture for longer time by wearing gloves every time you go in the open air. For this, it is recommended that you always apply a rich moisturizer after washing your hands with a hand wash to keep them clean and supple.
Since most of us find little or almost no time to care about the hands, it is always advised that you have a good moisturizer handy, even while at the office. When in home, you can mash potatoes and mix them with apply to develop a hand mask.
Make sure that your nails are clean and trimmed nicely. It is suggested that you soak your hands in soapy water for about 2-5 minutes and then take a nail filer before applying nail paint. You may also opt for a clear coat of nail varnish to get an appealing and clean look. In order to get healthy nails, you are advised to eat food products rich in calcium like dairy products. When washing clothes, it is good to make use of gloves or oil your hands so that they don’t become painfully dry. Application of a good sunscreen, with a good SPF (50-100), is recommended when you go out and cannot avoid the scorching heat. One of the other ways to keep skin soft and supple is by exfoliating your hands to get rid of dead skin cells and keep your hands delicate and young.
