Looking good is all about feeling good!

For decades women all over the world have been using products to enhance their beauty, be it their skin, their hair, their nails and every thing else. The number of beauty salon have increased manifold which provide beauty services that help women to put their best foot forward. There is an option to enhance your natural self suiting your life style, your needs as well as your budget.

However, the Cleopatra way of soaking yourself in tubs of milk does not exist any longer but every thing you need to accent your beauty is no more elusive in any way. Well everything said and done, I am here to talk about the one thing that will make you feel good, whether or not you have your hair fixed or not or the right color on your lips.

Today’s life style is beset with stress, with distress and pressures that tend to take a toll on our heath and eventually our beauty. Where each one of us is a victim of this, we still strive to look our best in which ever way possible. But don’t you sometimes feel that even after trying your best and spending huge sums, you look a little less what you aspired for. Whether you blame it on the color of your lipstick, the blush or the eye shadow, the key lies in something else altogether.

The real crux of looking good on the outside lies in feeling good towards the inside. Let me explain. Always remember that all aspects in our system are associated with each other i.e. the mental, the physical and the spiritual. Whether you intend to keep your self physically or mental fit, the key lies in having a spiritual lifestyle irrespective of your routine. Being spiritual means staying in sync with your inner self – your ‘self’ who always wants to be happy and deserves it as well.

As a part of your schedule, you should spend at least 30 minutes in silence when your sole focus should to keep out all the worries surrounding you. Stay put with some light instrumental music, soft aroma of the incense and silent surroundings. Just close all your senses and sit back in peace thinking nothing. Initially this may seem a bit tough but this will help you stay in touch with yourself and render peace to your being. We humans usually associate happiness with attainment of materialistic things but even after possessing them, we still feel perturbed and moved with the pressures of society. Speaking specifically about women aspiring to look their best, let me tell you that looking good naturally comes with feeling at peace with yourself towards your inner side.

This little exercise I just mentioned will help your mind and body to calm down and will prepare you to take on daily pressures with absolute poise. A woman’s face is a reflection of her heart so if you are at peace and happy from within, you will surely reflect the same on your face. I have had hundreds of women telling me that they have seen great amount of improvement in their skin after they started doing this simple activity on a regular scale.

So I would advice each one of you reading this that try getting connected with yourself and sit at peace for sometime everyday and you’ll never have to spend great bucks in beautifying yourself from the outside!
