Good sleep is essential

Secrets to a good nights sleep:

Always follow a consistent bed time routine.
Always be regular with the sleep routine you have, you must maintain a perfect routine, which you follow consistently.
Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed time.

Keep television and computer out of your bedroom.
