Globalization has done much good, and though its made us aware of our health, its also what‘s creating stress that is ruining it. Youngsters are workaholics with little physical activity, unhealthy eating habits and heavy indulgence in alcohol and cigarettes. A combination of all these factors is making us prone to health disorders earlier in life, but many of these can be prevented by following a regular fitness regime. All you need to do is ..
• Bring any one of the physical activities in your daily routine.
• Also taking roughly 10,000 steps per day can keep a check on heart diseases, stroke, breast cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol and a sense of mental well being.
• Try cycling to work at least once a week, use the stairs more often or walk to do errands near home.
• By finding more activities you enjoy, you will have a greater chance for success.
• Get up from your desk during the day to stretch and walk around.
• Take a brisk walk when you get the urge to snack.
• Reconditioning to cleanse toxic waste is a must:
• Keep your body hydrated. Consume plenty of water.
• Lower the oil content in your food in the days after festivals. Have your fill of fresh salads and soups that make you feel light all day.
• Cook vegetables with olive oil. Do not have much spiced up veggies in your meal. Try to steam them in virgin olive oil and sea salt.
• Detoxifying your skin with cold and warm water and the fluctuating temperatures to increase blood circulation.
• To push away with the tiredness and soreness in your body go for a foot massage and keep it in warm water for some time in eucalyptus oil or lavender oil which can give you immense relax.
• For reviving your dull hair go for deep conditioning and on a regular basis massage your hair scalp with almond oil or virgin oil.
While festivities involve culinary pleasures, heady intoxication and incessant partying, reconditioning your system from all the toxins left behind to feel recharged. Make physical activity part of your daily routine. Vary it with other activities, so you don’t get bored.
