Now when the new years is over and the summer is soon going to come, then if having the bikini body is also what you wanted, then if you are thinking of jumping for any diet plan or any freaked out workout. then read the following five reasons to keep in mind.

Your metabolism, it will be destroyed
Any diet which restricts you from taking your regular caloric intake, anything which eliminates a food set or holds the word “cabbage” is not going to do. If you do not eat 5-6 small healthy meals every day you will hurt your metabolism. So do not miss upon your healthy meals.

Be fat again with some extra fat.
If you are loosing upon this weight than you are also going to get it back to, with some extra weight too. This happens soon after you stop taking your weight loss magic pills or your exercise session.

The moody you.
If you like to loose weight and with that your friends and your near and dear ones too, then go on skip meals, coz this way you become quite irritable and may not be taken well by people around you.

Get healthy but not in the right direction.
If you think doing over exercise is good, then let m tell you it is not, the way you are loosing weight may take you and your goal of getting the bikini body in the wrong direction.

What! Do you want to be known as the yo-yo queen
Do you want people to have bets over the topic, as to how much weight would loose and how much would you gain after that. I hope not, then rather take care of the way how you plan to get in shape and with what goals.

Deep down we all know that the only way to lastingly lose fat is to accept a healthy and fit standard of living. A healthy lifestyle means eating enough healthy food all through the day. It involves carobs, proteins and healthy fats. A healthy lifestyle also means a accountable and safe exercises program. A great program will include power training, and balanced exercise schedules..

Tired of body odor?

Imagine if you are sitting in a park to breathe the cool breeze and a man sits beside you with an unpleasant smell- body odor. You wouldn’t want to experience this situation even in your worst nightmare. And if you are noticed in a crowded bus with the distinct smell of your stale sweat, nothing will be more embarrassing.

We all sweat, rather we have to. Perspiration is the body’s natural way of cooling down. Sweat itself does not smell. It is the culture of bacteria that live on our skin and break down sweat into aromatic fatty acids, which produce the unpleasant odor.

Get rid of this unpleasant smell:
1.
The obvious way is using deodorants and perfumes. Deodorants work by masking the body odor with their pleasant smell. Roll-ons are used for heavy perspiration. But have you ever heard of going through surgery for severe sweating?

2. Surgical options for controlling severe sweating. One is to remove a triangular area of skin in the apex of the armpit under local anesthetic. A small piece measuring 4cm by 1.5cm is cut out, destroying the most troublesome sweat glands. A modern variation on this procedure is liposuction to suck out the sweat glands from the deeper layers of skin.

3. If you are afraid of operation theatre and surgical knives, then. Armpit hair provides a greater surface area for sweat to adhere to and gives the bacteria a fertile breeding ground. Of course, keep yourself clean by bathing twice a day. Don’t wear yesterday’s clothes.

This way, you can confidently lift your shoulders even in a crowded place, because you will not smell unpleasant.
