I your TT workout is over then you do a three minute arms, but id=f you are not able to carve out time for this, then go out with kids and play.

Avoid the junk
Now the last thing to do is get rid of all the junk I your house, the junk is not good and healthy for you, or rather throw it or just hide them. Tell your kids to help you stay away from the candies and bars which they hold and also point you when you are about to eat some.

And also the useless fried food and the chips and the cakes, and all the cheese.

And just do not feel bad coz they arte junk, the way they are called so.
